Gateway's mission is to provide all individuals with the skills they need to live a safe, joyful, dignified, and fulfilling life that is integrated into community living to the greatest extent possible by teaching those skills using high-quality, compassionate ABA, providing continuous support and dedication to our staff, and driven by growth for all.
Vision

Our vision is to be a leader in the applied practice of individualized, compassionate, high-quality ABA. We strive to provide trauma-assumed care to teach communication, autonomy, and independence for every client, regardless of age. In addition to providing our clients with the highest-quality of services, we aim to maintain an Employee First Culture that is grounded in continuous growth and development. Gateway is dedicated to creating a community where every person is accepted as their true authentic selves and is encouraged to live the life they desire.
