At Gateway we are dedicated to the continued learning and growth of every team member as well as supporting the advancement of the field of ABA. Gateway maintains an Organizational Membership with The Council of Autism Services (CASP) and The Massachusetts Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (MassABA), as well as Individual Membership reimbursement to The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT). All organizations offer exclusive membership benefits to all active Gateway employees including opportunities for free and discounted CEU's. Additionally, Gateway offers Master's Level Clinicians an Annual CEU Budget of $500 and an Annual Company-Wide Professional Development Training.

At Gateway, we offer a Clinical Fellow position which includes a Tuition Reimbursement Program, a Comprehensive Supervision Program that prepares you for the BCBA role, a reduced Direct Service schedule to allow for PAID Unrestricted Activities, and opportunities for leadership roles within the company for any employee pursing a Master's in ABA!
